Founded by local artists, for local artists

Northside Studio is a creative hub for local and independent artists. Located in one of Brisbane's fastest growing and most diverse northern suburbs, our flexible, multipurpose venue can accommodate a wide range of artistic practises, including dance, film, photography, theatre and visual arts. From workshops to film shoots to audio recording sessions, our venue gives artists the space to create, grow and thrive.

Our Spaces

We have two spaces available for hire:
 

  • Main Studio - Our large space, 30-40 person capacity, Best for events, rehearsals, meetings, workshops, film and photography
     

  • Mezzanine Studio - Our small space, 5-10 person capacity, Best for small meetings, lessons, workshops, podcast and audio recording (COMING SOON!)
     

Our Mission

Founded due to a lack of accessible venues for artists who often work on a shoestring budget, we're passionate about helping artists do what they do best without financial burdens, while offering them support along the way to help them reach their goals.
